Booking Policy
Advance reservations Required
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advanced to ensure availability. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service possible.
Conformation of
Appointments
All appointments will be confirmed via email or text message within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for confirming their appointments to avoid any misunderstandings
Cancelation Policy
Notice Period for cancellations
clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid cancellation fee. This allows us to fill the appointment slot with another client.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This policy helps us cover our time losses because we cant find a new customer to fill the slot .
Payment Policy

Full Payment Required at Service Completion
Payment for services is due at the end of each appointment. Clients will receive an receipt for their records
